Product feedback — August 20, 2026

DataFact cloud can show a Feedback entry in the application top bar, sign-in page, and not-found page. The form accepts a required issue description, a contact email when needed, and up to five optional screenshots. Successful submission returns a traceable feedback reference. Answer diagrams — August 18, 2026

Supported Mermaid source returned in an Agent answer is rendered as an interactive diagram. Users can zoom the diagram or export it as PNG or SVG. Invalid syntax remains visible as source with an error state instead of being presented as a successful diagram. See Work with charts and generated files.
