Configure recommended questions
Recommended questions are reusable prompts attached to an Agent for clients that support them.
Manage questions
- Open an editable Agent's Configuration.
- Open Recommended Questions. This entry is available after the Agent has been created.
- To add a question, select the create action, enter non-empty text, and confirm.
- Use search and pagination to find an existing question.
- Use its row actions to edit or delete it. Confirm deletion when prompted.
Expected result
The manager refreshes after a successful create, update, or delete operation. Supported published applications or messaging channels can consume the saved prompts.
Important limitations
- The current DataFact Web Session does not display these configured questions.
- They are distinct from suggested follow-up questions generated after an answer; those suggestions depend on the answer stream.
- Creating or editing a question does not test the Agent's eventual answer.
Errors and recovery
Blank questions cannot be saved. If an operation fails, the manager keeps the current state and shows an error; retry after checking the question and connection.
