A streamed answer was interrupted

1. Keep the Session open briefly if the interface says it is reconnecting.
2. Check whether the answer later reaches a completed, canceled, or failed state.
3. If a clarification panel is waiting, answer or cancel that request rather than starting a duplicate stream.
4. For a terminal error, copy any error text and submit a new request only after confirming the previous stream ended.
5. Refresh the Session to compare the persisted history with the temporary interrupted view.

There is no universal Resume button. Some queued streams recover automatically, while terminal failures require a new request.
