Database connection test failed

1. Recheck the selected source type and every required connection field.
2. Re-enter secrets rather than relying on a masked display when testing new credentials.
3. Confirm that the database address is reachable from the DataFact environment, not only from your computer.
4. Confirm that the database account is active and allowed to connect and discover schemas.
5. Run the test again and wait for schemas to load before saving.

A listed database type does not prove that a particular endpoint is reachable. Do not include passwords or connection secrets in screenshots or support messages.
