Choose an agent type
The creation path determines which configuration form and capabilities are available.

Choose a path
- Start Agent creation.
- If the path selector is shown, choose the path that matches the intended work.
- In a Data agent form, choose a resource kind. The form maps that choice to the underlying Agent type.
- Complete the required configuration and save.
Important limitations
- Some workspaces expose only one path and skip the path selector.
- A resource kind can be absent when its capability is disabled.
- The Data agent resource kind is locked in the current edit form. Create another Agent if a different resource kind is required.
- Existing Agents can remain readable even when their creation path is no longer offered.
