Download a completed report
- Open AI Reports > Report Records, or the records view for a template.
- Find a record with Completed status.
- If the record shows Confirmation needed, open View check and review the returned findings. Download is unavailable while review is required.
- Open the record actions and select Download.
Expected result
When the record includes a valid download address, the browser starts the file download.
Important limitations
- The action is usable only when the record is completed, no review block remains, and a download address is present.
- Completed status alone does not guarantee that the current record is downloadable.
- DataFact does not infer file integrity or report accuracy from a successful browser download.
Errors and recovery
If the action is disabled or reports that the file is not ready, refresh the record and verify both conditions above. If a download address is present but the browser fails, check browser download restrictions and include the record ID when requesting support.
