Review channel configuration
The current interface lets you inspect a channel registration, but it does not expose a live publishing-status or health-check operation.
Review the registration
- Open Applications.
- Confirm that the expected card is present and shows the intended name, description, and provider.
- Open the card to load its saved configuration details.
- Check the message-display settings and provider metadata shown by the form.
- If the channel should serve an Agent, separately confirm the application selection in that General agent's configuration.
What this proves
A successfully loaded detail view proves only that DataFact returned a saved registration. It does not prove that external callbacks are reachable, credentials remain accepted by the provider, or messages can be delivered end to end.
Verify end-to-end behavior
Use the external platform's own developer tools and an authorized test conversation. If delivery fails, collect the DataFact channel ID, provider, time of the attempt, and visible error without sharing secrets.
