Retry a failed report

1. Open AI Reports > Report Records.
2. Find a record with Failed status and review its error message when one is available.
3. Open the record actions and select Retry.

Expected result

DataFact asks the report service to retry the task and refreshes report data after the request succeeds.

Important limitations

• Retry is shown only for failed records.
• A successful retry request does not mean the new execution has completed or will succeed.
• The current action retries the existing task ID; the interface does not expose a form for changing its template, source, or worksheet mappings during retry.

Errors and recovery

If the likely cause is invalid source data or configuration, correct it before starting a separate report generation flow. If retry itself fails, preserve the record ID and returned error for support.
