Understand handling and optimization status
Negative feedback uses two independent columns.
| Column | Meaning | Who changes it |
|---|---|---|
| Handling status | Human follow-up: Pending, Processing, or Processed | A visible authorized action |
| Optimization | System-derived progress or result | The system; the column has no direct edit control |
Possible optimization displays include lookup in progress or failed, ready to start, optimizing, suggestions available, confirmation needed, no optimization needed, and optimization failed. A dash means no applicable visible optimization state.
Mark handling progress
If a handling action is visible, choose an allowed next state. Setting Processed requires confirmation and is irreversible in the current interface. The system does not mark it automatically when optimization finishes.
Important limitations
- “Processing + Optimizing” is valid: the two columns do not conflict.
- A system result is not proof that a human has verified the original issue.
- Positive feedback shows dashes for both columns.
