Run a test again
There are two different ways to run related work again.
Restart a task
Use Restart on a Paused or Failed task. This operates on the existing task record and does not present a form for changing its Test Set or Agent.
Create a new execution
Create a separate task when you need to choose the current Test Set and Agent deliberately—for example, after changing Agent configuration or Test Set questions.
Important limitations
- Restart is not shown for successful, running, processing, or pending tasks.
- A successful restart request does not mean execution has completed.
- DataFact does not compare the two runs or calculate regression scores in this interface. Preserve downloaded result files if you need an external comparison.
