Filter by Agent or user

1. Open the Agent selector and type to search the service when needed.
2. Scroll to load additional pages, then select an Agent.
3. If the user selector is visible to you, use it in the same way.
4. In All Questions, select Search to commit the choice. In Feedback Records, the selection applies immediately.

Important limitations

• The selectors use fixed-size paged loading; the initial option list is not a complete directory.
• The user selector is intentionally absent for users who should not filter across other members.
• The returned records remain constrained by service authorization, regardless of a selected filter.
• Clearing a selector removes that filter; it does not broaden permissions.
