Add feedback details

Detailed feedback helps a reviewer understand what looked wrong without inferring the problem from the rating alone.

Add details

1. Select Dislike, or reopen an editable dislike.
2. Select any applicable reason labels. The set of labels can come from workspace configuration; a built-in set is used when none is supplied.
3. Add an optional comment of up to 500 characters. Include the expected interpretation or a reproducible discrepancy, but do not include secrets.
4. Submit or save.

Reasons and comments are optional in the current control, including for a dislike.

Important limitations

• A reason label classifies feedback; it does not prove the root cause.
• Historical feedback can contain a reason code no longer present in the current configured options; DataFact falls back to a readable label when possible.
• Positive feedback does not display the negative-feedback reason summary.
