Dataset and indexing statuses
Documents (Lite) and Documents (Excel) document rows use the following service states:
| Service state | User meaning |
|---|---|
UNSTART | Processing has not started |
RUNNING | Parsing or indexing is in progress |
DONE | Processing completed successfully |
FAIL | Processing failed |
CANCELLING | Cancellation is being processed |
CANCEL | Processing was canceled |
Only DONE proves that the processing task reached its success state. It does not prove that every extracted value is semantically correct. Available row actions differ by resource type and state; do not infer a universal resume action.
