Scope

These terms cover the datafact.ai website and the demo workspaces at app.datafact.ai that it links to. Access to and use of a licensed DataFact deployment is governed by the separate agreement signed with your organisation, which takes precedence in every case of conflict.

A demo workspace is not a licensed deployment and is not covered by any agreement your organisation may have signed. If you are evaluating DataFact under a signed trial or deployment agreement, that agreement governs — not this page.

Product descriptions on this site are provided for evaluation purposes. Capability, deployment options and timelines applicable to your organisation are the ones stated in your agreement and proposal.

Figures, sample answers and screenshots shown on this site are illustrative and constructed for demonstration. They are not drawn from customer data.

Demo workspaces

A demo workspace is provided as-is, for evaluation only. It carries no availability commitment, no service level, and no support undertaking. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time, and we may reset an individual workspace where that is necessary to keep the environment usable for everyone.

Every demo workspace is temporary. It is destroyed automatically 30 days after you last use it, along with everything in it. Treat nothing you put there as stored: keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose, and do not use a demo workspace as a working system or as the only place a document exists.

Do not upload real, confidential or regulated content. In particular, do not put into a demo workspace:

• personal information about anyone other than yourself;
• health records, payment card data, credentials, or government identifiers;
• material subject to a confidentiality obligation, an export control, or a regulatory restriction;
• anything your organisation would need a signed data processing agreement to hand to a supplier.

Sample and synthetic data demonstrate the product perfectly well. If you need to evaluate DataFact against your own live content, ask us for a scoped trial or a private deployment — that way it happens under an agreement written for it. You are responsible for what you choose to upload, and for having the right to upload it.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting the demo form.
• Do not reproduce site content as your own material.
• Do not use a demo workspace to run production workloads, to benchmark against competitors for publication, or to circumvent the limits and expiry described above.
• Do not attempt to reach another visitor's workspace, or to recover a workspace that has expired.

To be completed before launch

These clauses need counsel drafting for the jurisdictions this site serves:

• Governing law and venue.
• Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties.
• Intellectual property ownership and permitted use of marks.
• Amendment and notice procedure.
• Any market-specific filing or disclosure obligations.
• Ownership of content uploaded to a demo workspace, and of output generated from it.
